II. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We collect “Non-Personal Information” and “Personal Information.” Non-Personal Information includes information that cannot be used to personally identify you, such as anonymous usage data, general demographic information we may collect, referring/exit pages and URLs, platform types, preferences you submit and preferences that are generated based on the data you submit and number of clicks.

Personally Identifiable Information

By registering for the event and/or donating to a campaign on the Site, you consent to give us your email address, your full name, and additional information, as requested by fundraisers, such as your mailing address. Your Personal Information will never be shared with third parties, including but not limited to other businesses, organizations, partners, or individuals that are not officers of Company.

By purchasing any service on the Site, you also consent to provide Stripe, a third party company, with your payment information. We do not collect any payment information from clients or visitors to the Site. Please refer directly to Stripe’s security and privacy information.

We will not collect any Personal Information from your visit to our sites unless you voluntarily provide us with your personal information. Providing us with Personal Information authorizes us to use that information in accordance with the terms of this Policy.

Google Analytics

We may be using “Google Analytics” to collect information about use of our Site. This information is used for the sole purpose of improving our Site. Google Analytics does not collect any Personally Identifying Information, nor do we combine the information collected with Personally Identifiable information.

Other information collected via Technology

In an effort to improve the quality of the Service, we track information provided to us by your browser or by our software application when you view or use the Service, such as the website you came from (known as the “referring URL”), the type of browser you use, the device from which you connected to the Service, the time and date of access, and other information that does not personally identify you. All users may unsubscribe or opt out of the any emails sent by Company, by sending an email to admin@kpdmarketing.com, with the subject “UNSUBSCRIBE”.

VIII. NOTICE ABOUT INFORMATION COLLECTION RESTRICTIONS

We do not knowingly collect information of minors under the age of 18 years of age online. If we discover that we hold information from an individual under the age of 18, we will delete such information immediately. Furthermore, we restrict all visitors under the age of 18.
